Find yourself needing last minute support?

Mondays are always exciting at ABC Doula! We know that families often feel like they are falling apart on the weekends, when they are supposed to be getting more help from friends and family. When Covid 19 keeps people away from you, remember there are doulas who can fill the gaps.

Waiting on grandparents to quarantine? Doulas can fill in for a couple weeks until all is safe for both babies, parents, and grandparents.

Relatives not able to travel out of their country to come care for you? Doulas can stand in and take care of everything until extended family members are cleared to travel.

Just feeling unsure about safety? Wanting to make sure the people in your home are keeping you as safe as possible? Doulas show up healthy and ready to help; taking temperatures ahead of time, hand washing, mask wearing, and working with one family at at time to keep exposures to a minimum.

If you didn't expect to need help and find yourself needing support, even last minute, please reach out. Because most of our doulas are being pre-booked, we have more predictable schedules and know what is open for last minute needs.
